I got this HY7 maintenance kit for my dad's birthday. He loves Pro Ears products so I thought I'd buy him this kit since he was looking at getting one. He said the kit is working great especially since his old ones were worn.
Just a minor discrepancy, when the product arrived, it was missing those little ear microphone covers. We called the company and they were prompt in sending the missing set. Great CS. Fast shipping. Glad it's free shipping as Hawaii's shipping kills me.
