Returns
Applicable only for Electronic Hearing Protection purchased
from Pro-Ears.com. Pro-Ears products purchased from another on-line
retailer or other retail establishment are not covered by this Returns
& Exchanges Policy. Please seek remedy from the retailer from which
you purchased the product
- Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date
for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment. After this date
the manufacturers' warranty applies.
- BEFORE returning your product contact our customer service
department and request an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted
without a pre approved RMA number. Thank you for your understanding.
- Returns should be shipped via UPS or insured Parcel Post to:

- With all returns, please include:
your name, shipping address,
credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an
explanation of what you want done with your return. For example, refund
your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
DAMAGED
shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused
at the time of delivery.
